Choose the smallest screen that makes the real content comfortably readable from the intended positions. Check the 50-inch model separately: it has a different panel and surface specification.

Match the model, not just the family name
The three models compared here are the LH4341UHS-B2, LH5041UHS-B2AG and LH5541UHS-B2. Similar names make them easy to treat as interchangeable. They share a broad indoor signage role, but the suffix and complete model code matter when checking the panel, physical installation and seller offer.
This comparison brings together the published specifications. It is not a test of which screen has the best picture. We have not measured brightness, viewing angles or reflections, and we have not ranked them by invented scores.
Physical area changes more than the diagonal suggests
For screens with the same aspect ratio, picture area grows with the square of the diagonal. Using the nominal size labels, a 50-inch screen has about 35% more area than a 43-inch screen; a 55-inch screen has about 64% more. These are approximate geometric comparisons, not the measured active areas of these particular panels.
The benefit is room to enlarge the same content. If you use that extra room to add more items, the smallest text may remain just as hard to read. Keep a single sample design while comparing sizes so that you can see what the extra display area actually buys you.
43″ or 55″? Start with the viewing position.

The 50-inch model needs a separate look
The manufacturer lists VA with 25% haze for the 50-inch B2AG and IPS with 1% haze for the 43- and 55-inch B2 models. Those are specification differences rather than our observations of picture quality. If reflections or off-centre viewing matter, ask to see the exact model under suitable lighting.
Do not extrapolate from a review of another size. That is particularly relevant when online comments use only a family name. A review of the 43-inch model cannot establish the surface behaviour of the 50-inch model.
Look beyond the extra five inches.

Compare the complete installation
Use the cabinet dimensions and VESA patterns in the table when discussing the installation. The screen needs to fit the wall with the clearances required by its instructions. The mount also needs to support the weight and chosen orientation, with enough room for the cables and player.
If you are replacing an existing display, check the old bracket rather than assuming it transfers. Reusing an unsuitable mount can undo an otherwise sensible saving. Installation labour and access can also change the budget more than the difference between two screen prices.
A practical way to decide
Mark the proposed cabinet outlines on the wall without obstructing the premises. Use your longest realistic message and inspect it from where customers or visitors will stand. Include someone who has not designed the slide: they will be less likely to fill in unclear words from memory.
Shortlist 43 inches for a compact position, 50 where you need more area without the full 55-inch cabinet, and 55 where the content and viewing position justify it. None of these is an automatic direct-sun window recommendation. All three also need the portrait playback limitation checked if you intend a vertical layout.
- Compare exact model codes on current offers.
- Keep the sample content unchanged between size checks.
- Include the bracket, player and installation in the budget.
- Resolve portrait content output before buying.
